Founded in 1898, Rapport London is one of the UK’s leading luxury leather goods manufacturers specialising in watch and jewellery accessories. Rapport is still owned and run by the same family as it was 123 years ago and as such, has a strong brand identity and legacy. Over the years, it has established a reputable wholesale business and partnerships with an array of premium marketplaces including Farfetch and Mr Porter.

However, Rapport’s online business was falling short. They needed 303 to guide them through a digital transformation to utilise performance marketing, brand strategy and Shopify design & development to bring the brand into the modern world.


Whilst onboarding with 303, Rapport set a series of targets including a 50% YOY revenue growth and dramatic scale-up of social followers.

We set about hitting these targets by capturing what made Rapport the quintessentially British luxury brand that people have loved for generations in stunning, scroll stopping creative that brings the brand into relevant contemporary culture.

We then used this creative to implement a comprehensive organic and paid media marketing strategy including paid social, PPC, conversion rate optimisation and finally project managing the build of their new Shopify Plus website ensuring it had multi-location and currency capabilities.
