Eleat’s Challenge

When we began working with Eleat, they were looking to use Email Marketing to help directly nurture and grow their customers for their direct-to-consumer business.

As a new brand they had a few challenges to over comes, one of which was educating their audiences on why they should consider their product offering. The second challenge for Eleat was to grow and develop their Email marketing data base in order to market to it.

Our Approach

Our approach to working with Eleat covered two different services. Firstly we support Eleat with producing creatives for both their organic social channels, as well as their paid media channels. 

Our main approach to working with Eleat was to manage their full Email Marketing strategy, this included campaign development, tracking and attribution, email creatives and optimisation of flows. This was managed by our in-house team, as well as working with our in-house graphics team on the email creative. 

Through our strategies, we were able to directly increase the overall revenue contribution from Email Marketing for Eleat, and also support maintaining their customer base.
