OMEGA and Swatch have joined forces again to introduce three new additions to their collaborative MoonSwatch lineup. The new series is dubbed the Mission on Earth. These timepieces pay homage to the composition of our planet Earth. They are encased in Swatch's proprietary Bioceramic material. The watches are modeled after OMEGA's iconic Speedmaster Moon Watch, which has a legendary status.

Desert, Lava, and Polar Lights Variants

The Mission on Earth collection comprises three distinct colourways: Desert, Lava, and Polar Lights. Each 42mm watch case is dressed in a matter hue that reflects the variant's inspiration, complemented by a special velcro strap in a coordinating palette. The Desert variant mirrors the warm tones of desert sands, featuring a taupe case, bezel, dial, and strap. In contrast, the Lava edition boasts a predominantly black aesthetic punctuated by a vermillion case, hands, buckles, and stitching. Notably, the central seconds hand references the 1968 "Ultraman" Moonwatch, deviating from the typical MoonSwatch design. The Polar Lights variant steals the show with turquoise and deep blue hues. Its dial incorporates silver-tone flakes against a midnight backdrop, mimicking the appearance of aventurine glass dials – a true standout feature.

Planetary Tribute and Pricing

Consistent with the MoonSwatch collection, each Mission on Earth model features a colour imprint of planet Earth on the caseback, paying tribute to our home. Priced at $300 USD, these timepieces will be available exclusively through select Swatch boutiques worldwide, starting June 15.With their unique designs and nods to OMEGA's illustrious Speedmaster heritage, the Mission on Earth MoonSwatch models are poised to captivate watch enthusiasts and collectors alike.
