We’re proud to announce that we’ve been nominated for two categories at The Drum’s Marketing Awards, hosted in partnership with The Financial Times. The global awards welcome nominees of all sizes from all over the world that can prove the measurable effect of their campaigns. “The Drum Awards for Marketing seek to reward brands and marketing teams that truly understand their customer. Focusing on outcomes, not outputs, they are open to teams of any size who can prove their campaigns have had a measurable effect. These awards are truly global, and open to teams and companies from anywhere in Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa or the Americas.”303 have been nominated for two categories, ‘Digital’ and ‘Brand Development or Extension of the Year’, for our client, Rapport London. We have been nominated for our work to bring them into the digital space, from Heritage to Progress. A huge moment for all of us at 303, as we’ve been nominated alongside some big names in the luxury digital marketing world including Havas New York and Publicis Sapient. We’re really proud of the team who have worked hard over the last eighteen months to push Rapport into the digital sphere, taking the pandemic in their stride and adapting to the digital world where required. Rapport approached 303 when looking for a digital performance agency in London. A match made in heaven, 303 and Rapport quickly aligned on what 303 needed to achieve: to bring Rapport into the 21st century and highlight their D2C premium luxury aspects. Rapport is one of the UK’s leading luxury leather goods manufacturers. The brand was founded by the Rapport family in 1898 and is still run and owned by the same family 122 years later. When Rapport approached 303, they were yet to fully digitise their presence and 2020 would see the brand face two huge challenges, initially in the form of COVID-19 but also in taking their social presence and e-commerce platform from being something of an after-thought to a ‘best-in-class exemplar of a premium digital brand.Between the team, having experience in the luxury digital marketing industry, 303 developed a brand new Shopify Plus site that served the UK, US and Hong Kong’s markets, stunning content and a paid media strategy. After the activation of 303, Rapport saw a 104% YOY revenue increase in 2020 from 2019, a 1034% YOY increase in paid social revenue, a 76% growth in average order value and a 198% November (BFCM) YOY growth. “What is impressive about 303 is their commitment to our brand. Their ideas & advice are granular and creative, so that we can make actionable and measurable decisions.” - Katie Goldblatt, Executive Director of Rapport The awards will be announced on Thursday 17th June. They will be chaired by Nishma Robb, director of brand and reputation marketing at Google UK, joined by senior marketers from companies like Peloton, Made.com, Duolingo, Unicef USA, General Mills and TikTok amongst others.
