Case study

Manors Golf

Manors Golf came to 303 with a brand that already looked and felt exceptional everywhere except the inbox. Their email had fallen behind the rest of the brand, and with new customer journeys identified and a busy launch calendar ahead, they needed an email channel that matched the quality of their product, photography and storytelling. We partnered with the Manors team to redesign their email from the ground up, building a modular design system in Figma and bringing it to life in Klaviyo.

Goals

The goal was to elevate Manors' emails for both aesthetics and performance, and to give the in-house team a system they could own. Rather than designing one-off emails, we set out to create a flexible library of building blocks, campaign templates and lifecycle flow templates, all fully editable in Klaviyo after handover. This meant every new campaign or flow could be built quickly while staying unmistakably Manors, and new journeys such as post-purchase could be launched without starting from scratch.

Creative strategy

Redesigning the inbox, block by block

Instead of designing a system in the abstract, we redesigned Manors' existing emails and flows, from welcome and cart abandonment through to editorial and styling campaigns, and extracted the building blocks from that work. This ensured every real use case was covered and that the system was grounded in how Manors actually talks to its customers. The creative direction leaned into the brand's editorial photography and confident typography, while the structure was shaped by retention best practice: clear hierarchy, strong product focus and purposeful calls to action. Alongside the designs, we delivered an Email Rules guide so the team could keep every send consistent.
