Qube
Qube partnered with 303 to move beyond surface-level lead generation and build a paid media system optimised for long-term growth. The focus was on improving lead quality, strengthening performance signals, and creating a structure that could scale confidently without sacrificing results.
Partnership Overview

Goals
Qube’s objective wasn’t simply to increase lead volume. The real challenge was improving lead quality and creating a paid media setup that could scale sustainably. Previous campaigns were optimised around cheap form fills, which limited learning and made it difficult to increase spend without performance dropping. Our goal was to rebuild the account around real business outcomes and create a foundation for long-term growth.

Shifting optimisation from cheap leads to real customers
Rather than chasing lower CPLs, we rebuilt Qube’s paid media strategy around outcomes that actually mattered to the business. We removed duplicate leads and introduced server-side tracking to feed higher-quality signals back into the platform, including MQLs, SQLs, and confirmed customers. This allowed campaigns to optimise based on real conversion quality rather than volume alone. We also redesigned the campaign structure to support machine learning. Granular targeting and fragmented data were replaced with broader campaigns, persona-based ad sets, and creative aligned to audience intent. This increased learning density, improved delivery stability, and allowed spend to scale safely. While cost per lead increased, this was expected and intentional. Cheap leads were deprioritised in favour of higher-value prospects, resulting in stronger long-term performance and a more sustainable growth model.
